Customers may return items for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Additionally for customers only within Pune city limits, we offer free pick up for exchanges. We may also consider refund/exchange for opened items if the items are defective.
