We ship within India only . Shipping/delivery is free within Pune city limits.

3. How long will it take to get my order?

We deliver within 7 working days within Pune city limits. For other places in India, delivery schedule depends on distance and post/courier lead time. Normally, you can expect delivery within 15 days. Please note that for deliveries outside Pune city limits, we need the payment in advance before we dispatch

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Cash On Delivery only for Pune city limits orders.

5. Do you have gift packaging options?

We don't have gift packaging option 

6. How long does order processing take?

We strive process all orders within 5 working days. For items which are out of stock, we can't really commit the delivery date. This is one of the reason, we accept Cash On Delivery option to avoid inconvenience to our customers. 

7. How do I cancel/modify an order?

Yes, you can if the order has not dispatched. You can cancel/modify an order by contacting us via email or phone.
